Once an industrial shell, this 19th-century structure welcomed visitors into its lived-in elegance: high ceilings, raw textures, and the warm pull of curated detail.

Across the weekend, guests were guided through Piree’s many chapters—its original foundations as a working building, its metamorphosis into a cultural landmark, and its ongoing evolution as a gathering point for the city’s artistic underground. Every room hummed with its own rhythm: some cinematic, others intimate, all deeply alive.
