LabPiree Superstudio has been quietly forming its shape since 1994, in a modest storage shed, nestled in the bustling harbor of Piraeus. In a continuous stir motion – a synthesis of materials, emotions, energies, auras, ideas, an imposing presence started to coalesce, shaping into a tangible essence, as if the intangible were being sculpted by unseen hands.
TIme went by, and this unyielding compulsion to bring forth creation became a choreography that gently flirts with memories & nostalgia, but simultaneously spans in multiple fields, weaving through the most vibrant emotions with effortless allure.

Everything started 25 years ago in Drapetsona. The area around the port of Piraeus and the neighborhood of Agios Dionysios, with their memories and experiences, shaped my world. Every day, the journey to school on a Lambretta with my father was my opportunity to discover and dream. My mornings at the port and my afternoons on the bridges and railways became the launching pad for the creation of Lab Piree Superstudio.
Each neighborhood of the city for me has a different texture, atmospheric pressure, and emotional weight that transforms into a vibrant and eclectic journey, an urban illustration with which I can identify on many levels. In this idea, I savor the life of the bright streets, surrounded by a mist where each streetlight becomes a galaxy. The city stretches out like a universe before my eyes and becomes a continuous allegory of creation.
