Opening Weekend Retrospective

The (re) opening of Piree is a fact! Canvas Unbound, our inaugural event, marked the beginning of a new chapter for this historic space: one where walls become witnesses, and where art, sound, material, and gathering flow without restriction.

Over the course of the weekend, Piree transformed into a living organism—hosting an unfolding exhibition curated with care and contrast, ambient and electronic live sets that echoed through the bones of the building, and a gathering of people drawn by curiosity, beauty, and a shared love for layered experiences.

From sculptural interventions to textures of light and shadow, from the scent of cocktails and ceramics to the ritual of brunch in the courtyard, Canvas Unbound wasn’t just an event—it was a mood, a moment, a manifesto. A celebration of form in flux. A place where the industrial past met the soft edges of contemporary presence.

Thank you to the artists, the musicians, the collaborators, and everyone who crossed the threshold. You helped breathe life into the space and set the tone for what’s to come.
